How did you get involved in CrossFit?I passed by the building and saw people working out and it caught my attention.
What was your first WOD/experience? It was WAY different than a regular gym.
When did you start coming to CrossFit Kilter/ how long have you been CrossFitting for? Late October and haven't stopped going since then.
When did you realize that CrossFit was right for you? In my 3rd week.
What are you short-term and long-term CrossFit goals? Short-term: To be able to Crossfit for more than a year. Long-term: become healthier and loose weight.
What is your biggest accomplishment? Lost weight and inches. Started noticing results.
What is your favorite / least favorite WOD/movement? Favorite Movements: deadlifts and back squats Least Favorite Movement: overhead squats
What do you do for a profession outside of CrossFit? I work in landscaping.
What are your hobbies outside of CrossFit? Shooting
What do you do for nutrition? Do you eat Paleo or Zone? What is your favorite paleo/non-paleo meal? I do more of a zone diet and measure what I eat.
