2 rds 30 cal bike/row. Switch from last round 20 lateral bar hops 10 dips 5 plank jumps with push-ups

30 cal bike/row (switch) 20 Russian twist with plate 10 snatches 5 plank jumps with push-ups

⁃ 1 set of leg cranks-

• leg cranks. 24 air squats 24 lunges 12 jumping squats 12 jumping lunges • Plank jumps with push-ups. Plank on hands, jump to right shoulder back to plank jump to left shoulder and back to plank. Then finish with push-up. Repeat
