How did you get involved in CrossFit?I got in involved by my cousin Erica and my uncle that are in Crossfit.

What was your first WOD/experience? One of my favorite aspects of the class was the sense of "community" I felt even though it was my first Crossfit experience. Every participant was quick to introduce him- or herself and offered support and cheers throughout the workout, exhibiting that "we're in this together" mentality that Crossfit prides itself on.

When did you start coming to CrossFit Kilter/ how long have you been CrossFitting for? I started coming to Crossfit in September and I love it. I been CrossFitting for 3 months.

When did you realize that CrossFit was right for you? When I started becoming stronger and losing weight.

What are you short-term and long-term CrossFit goals? Short-term: to get better and better in my movements. Long-term: 140lb on front squats and run a mile in 5 minutes.

What is your biggest accomplishment? When I started Crossfit I saw ring dips and I laughed I was like I can't do this. I tried and tried and never got one, until last month I did and now I can do them really easy!

What is your favorite / least favorite WOD/movement? Favorite Movements: Burpees, cleans, and back squat Least Favorite Movement: running, HSPU

What do you do for a profession outside of CrossFit? Go to school and learn.

What are your hobbies outside of CrossFit? Hobbies? Sometimes run its not my favorite but I still do it. And also I do push ups so I can get better at it!

What do you do for nutrition? Do you eat Paleo or Zone? What is your favorite paleo/non-paleo meal? I eat paleo. Eating vegetables and eating healthy.
