How did you get involved in CrossFit?Ashley was my trainer at the center club, loved the style of workouts she had us doing and wanted to support her.

What was your first WOD/experience? I don't remember my first WOD. But I know the skill was kipping. Felt like a total white girl - no rhythm. And gripping on the  bar hurt my once smooth hands.

When did you start coming to CrossFit Kilter / how long have you been CrossFitting for? Since the day kilter opened its doors.  Founding member

When did you realize that CrossFit was right for you? When one of my favorite parts of the day was seeing my 9:30 ladies!

What are your short-term and long-term CrossFit goals? Short-Term: Dips and to not complain about the WOD Long-Term: Having Abs like JJ!

What is your biggest accomplishment? Giving birth and having a husband who puts up with all my crap!

What is your favorite / least favorite WOD/movement? Favorite Movements:  Deadlift / exercising my jaw Least Favorite Movement:  Snatches

What do you do for a profession outside of CrossFit? Not a damn thing.

What are your hobbies outside of CrossFit: I have a 1 year old and a 4 1/2 year old, who has time for hobbies

What do you do for nutrition? Do you eat Paleo or Zone? What is your favorite paleo/non-paleo meal? I eat whatever I'm in the mood for and that can be delivered or ordered out....no diets.  Favorite meal would be a burger and a beer

Fun fact about you? Because it's February - I was in love with Matt way before we started dating. He was the first guy I've ever chased and he was way worth it.
