Short term fitness goal: Keep doing what I'm doing, I need to get a strict pull up

Long term fitness goal: Working on my form and conditioning, also to Rx WOD's

Class time you are a regular: 6pm in the house!

How has crossfit helped you outside of the gym? Crossfit has helped me to be a stronger person in every way, mainly mentally!

Favorite part of Kilter: The COMMUNITY! THE COACHES! EVERYTHING!

Advice for a new member? Crossfit is not easy but keep coming back, it is all worth it!
