How did you get involved in CrossFit? I had been interested in trying it for some time and my wife knew someone involved at Kilter so I gave it a shot.
What was your first WOD/experience?
It was in June 16, don't remember everything, just running outside carrying weights and feeling sore for days.
When did you start coming to CrossFit Kilter/ how long have you been CrossFitting for?

When did you realize that CrossFit was right for you?
What are your short-term and long-term CrossFit goals? Short-term: lose 50 pounds Long-term: get my build back and be a positive example for my son
What is your biggest accomplishment?
Having lost a total of 40 pounds so for

What do you do for a profession outside of CrossFit?
Credit Underwriter for VW and Audi
What are your hobbies outside of CrossFit?
Music, spending time with my wife and son, cooking and travel
What do you do for nutrition? Do you eat Paleo or Zone? What is your favorite paleo/non-paleo meal?
My wife and I just completed whole30, and we are sticking to Paleo as a base but allowing ourself splurges. My favorite paleo meal is softboiled eggs over roasted sweet potatoes for breakfast. We meal prep this ahead of time and it is a good way to start our day.
As new parents we get out to dinner rarely so when we do we try to check restaurants off our bucket list, we had the 18 course meal at Alinea for my 35th birthday, definitely non-compliant.
