How has crossfit helped you outside the gym?: I have gained a large amount of confidence

Favorite Part of Kilter: The coaches and fellow gym members

Advice for a new member: Don't give up, stick to goals! Keep going even when you get tired! Everything will hurt but it gets better! If I can do it, so can YOU!
