How did you get involved in CrossFit? I've tried the regular gyms, got bored, my niece mentioned I should try What was your first WOD/experience? Ask Jason, I don't remember, they all merge together

When did you start coming to CrossFit Kilter/ how long have you been CrossFitting for? Started Dec, 2015

When did you realize that CrossFit was right for you? After about 2 weeks, the camaraderie and the support made me stick with it 

What are you short-term and long-term CrossFit goals?

Short-term: lose weight

Long-term: stay fit and healthy to outlive my kids

What is your biggest accomplishment? 4 kids

What is your favorite / least favorite WOD/movement?

Favorite Movements: when you say no squatting

Least Favorite Movement: burpees

What do you do for a profession outside of CrossFit? Sales/Project Management for transition/relocation/FF&E group

What are your hobbies outside of CrossFit? Try to play golf

What do you do for nutrition? Do you eat Paleo or Zone? What is your favorite paleo/non-paleo meal? That's my downfall
