Strength: 1) Find a Max of the Complex in 11 Minutes of a 3 Position Clean – Above knee, at the knee, 1″ off ground

2) Deadlifts – Warmup to 80% and as a class perfrom 1 rep every 20 sec. for 6 min. *be smart and scale weight if needed

 

Conditioning:

9 Power Snatches (115/75) 100m Sprint 6 alt. Sandbag ground to over the shoulder (60/40)

*Sub 14 Reps Plate Ground to OH if no sandbag (45/35)
