Minutes 1 – 5: 2 Reps of Snatch Grip Deadlift *start around 50% of 1-RM Snatch and build

Minutes 6 - 10: 1 Rep – Snatch Pull + 1 Rep – Power Snatch w/ 2 second pause at the bottom in the receiving position *start around 60% of 1-RM Snatch and build

Minutes 11 – 15: 1 Rep - Full Snatch *start around 70% of 1-RM and build
