1. When did your CrossFit journey begin? My CrossFit journey actually began in 2014. Hard to believe I have been at it for over 10 years!
2. What feels like your greatest accomplishment at Kilter? 
My greatest accomplishment at Kilter probably had to be my first Murph workout! I loved the reason for the workout and seeing our whole gym workout together and cheer each other on. 
3. If you could give a new member a piece of advice what would it be? 
Advice to a new member would be to listen to the coaches and perfect the technique of each movements, even Snatch! Ha! And I would say to lean into the Kilter community because the support and encouragement is everything! 
4. If you could design your favorite workout, what would it be? 
Oh if I could design a workout you know it has to include deadlifts and running - my two favorite things!  And for extra cardio fun I would add burpees. 
5. Tell us one fun fact about yourself:
One fun fact about me is that I have run 25 marathons which includes two ultras or 50K races. I always saying running is my therapy.  And if you run with me don’t worry I will talk the whole time and the miles fly by! 😁

It began in 2015, I did take two years off and do F45 in-between but came back to crossfit!
2. What feels like your greatest accomplishment at Kilter? 
Continuing to come back after babies, feeling strong and healthy. 
3. If you could give a new member a piece of advice what would it be? 
Don’t compare. People will always lift heavier/move faster… form is key and weight/speed will come after you have the foundations down. 
4. If you could design your favorite workout, what would it be? 
Hmmm in this phase off life I’m really enjoying EMOMs. 
5. Tell us one fun fact about yourself: 
I have lived in 8 different states! But I’m a southern girl at heart.
