Shoutout to our April Member of the Month: ⚡️ Shoutout to our April Member of the Month: ⚡️Aaron Good ⚡️ 1. When did your CrossFit journey begin? February 2023 2.What feels like your greatest accomplishment at kilter? The first time I was able to Rx a workout. Still don’t do it all the time, but that showed me that I just needed to stick with it. 3.If you could give a new member a piece of advice what would it be? . Be consistent. Something that I don’t always follow myself, but the progress comes little by little and it’s easy to get discouraged when you don’t see immediate changes. 4.If you could design your favorite workout, what would it be? I love a good wall ball 😀 we did a workout not too long ago that was wall balls and rope climbs and I thought that was a lot of fun. 5.Tell us one fun fact about yourself!
