You must RSVP for class ahead of time to be able to workout.
This applies to both CrossFit and Bootcamp workouts.

6:00 AM
7:00-8:00 AM – Open Gym
8:30 AM
9:30 AM – Kids Care Available
NOON – Only Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
3:00-4:30 PM – Open Gym
4:30 PM
5:30 PM

Saturday
7:30 AM
8:30 AM – Kids Care Available

Bootcamp

Self-paced bootcamp workouts are available during all CrossFit class times.
