1. When did your CrossFit journey begin?
I started crossfit January 2013 and joined Kilter the summer of 2019.
2. What feels like your greatest accomplishment at kilter? 
Still being here, showing up and still loving Crossfit all these years later.
3. If you could give a new member a piece of advice what would it be? 
Show up, learn the basics and be coachable
4. If you could design your favorite workout, what would it be?
A long chipper with box jumps, barbell cycling, and running
5.Tell us one fun fact about yourself!
I completed an Ironman in 2022 in Madison where it rained all day. I also did the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon last year where I swam from Alcatraz prison to shore like a crazy person.

2. What feels like your greatest accomplishment at kilter? 
The greatest accomplishment is the relationships I’ve built through Kilter.  Nothing like having a group of like minded people who support you and cheer you on.  That and double unders
3. If you could give a new member a piece of advice what would it be? 
Stick with it and keep showing up. CrossFit has made me stronger mentally and physically and been a huge part of helping stay sober for almost five years now.
4. If you could design your favorite workout, what would it be?

5. Tell us one fun fact about yourself!
I have a bachelors degree in horticulture and love all things outdoors

1. When did your CrossFit journey begin? 
I started CrossFit in 2018, and joined Kilter summer 2020.
2. What feels like your greatest accomplishment at Kilter? 
My greatest accomplishment was coming back to the gym and regaining strength after tearing two tendons in my ankle. Not easy to exercise with a boot but I made it work!
3. If you could give a new member a piece of advice what would it be? 
Modify! The coaches here are amazing at helping you figure out what you can do to move your body in whatever shape it’s in.
4. If you could design your favorite workout, what would it be? 
A tall person workout! 😉 EMOM with rowing, front squats, anything for the core.
5. Tell us one fun fact about yourself:
I’m a direct descendant of Rob Roy MacGregor (Scottish outlaw). Kinda tracks.
